2 Description of Service

Nudge is an AI-powered SMS scheduling assistant. You sign up on our website, connect your calendar, and interact via text message. The AI reads your availability and suggests scheduling options. You must confirm all changes before they are applied to your calendar.

3 SMS Messaging Terms

• Text STOP to cancel — you'll receive one final confirmation
• Text HELP for help or email hello@textnudge.com
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• Supported on all major US carriers

4 Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Provide a valid phone number that you own and control
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

5 Calendar Integration

• Connecting your calendar grants us read and write access
• We only modify your calendar after you explicitly confirm via SMS
• You can disconnect your calendar at any time from your dashboard
• We are not responsible for scheduling conflicts or errors

6 Pricing and Billing

• Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

7 Disclaimer

Nudge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI suggestions may not always be accurate — you are always responsible for reviewing and confirming calendar changes.

8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
